Terms and Conditions


By signing up for the Sandals Foundation Monthly Recurring Donations Program, you are agreeing to these general terms and conditions provided herein. Please carefully review the following prior to signing up to consent to making monthly donations:

  • Before we can process a donation you must provide us with (i) your name, billing address and email address; and (ii) details of the credit or debit card that you wish to use to fund the donation. We will use this information to process your donation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information.
  • When you submit your payment details, these details will be transferred to our payment provider PayPal, and your payment data will be collected and processed securely by them.
  • When you opt-in for the monthly recurring donations program, you will receive an email confirming your registration and the amount selected as your monthly donation to proceed through our payment services provider PayPal.
  • Your registration is your consent/authorization for us to request funds from your credit/debit card provider until you “Unsubscribe” as indicated below.
  • On a monthly basis you will receive a confirmation email showing receipt of your monthly donation after it has been processed through your selected credit/debit card.
  • In your monthly confirmation email, a link will be provided for you to access the web form where you will have to provide **validation information in order to or if you wish to: * change your donation amount;
    * change the program you are directing your contribution to;
    * change your billing/mailing address; or
    * change your email address
    * change your credit/debit card information

    (**To protect your privacy and security, we will take certain steps to verify or validate your identity or certain information provided such as but not limited to: (i) the email address provided to sign up on the program; (ii) the Last Name provided; and/or (iii) the last 4 digits on the credit/debit card on file) before granting access to make any changes.
  • When signing up to make monthly donations, you will have the option to select another cause directly, if the option you are looking for is not in the dropdown box options. You may select “Other” and enter in the text field which cause you want your monthly donation to be directed to.


We will not share, sell or rent your personal details with any other third party other than as set out herein. We will share this information with service providers we have retained to perform services on our behalf, but we do not authorize these service providers to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements.


We care about the security of your transactions and apply industry-standard practices and technologies to safeguard your credit/debit card information. We also employ other best practice security protocols to protect your personally identifiable information from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the organization. Security best practices include encrypting all web traffic, testing for security vulnerabilities and correcting all critical and/or high vulnerabilities, and securing websites with web application firewalls and intrusion protection systems.


  • If you wish to “Unsubscribe” from the Sandals Foundation Monthly Recurring Donations Program, you will have the option to do so in the “Unsubscribe” link provided in your monthly confirmation email. The “Unsubscribe” link will redirect you to the web form where you can opt-out of the program.
  • IMPORTANT TO NOTE: If you wish to “Unsubscribe”, you will have to “Unsubscribe” before your next monthly donation is due to be processed.
  • If you Unsubscribe and your monthly donation has already been processed, there is no refund on that month’s donation. Your option to Unsubscribe will become effective the following month.


  • If you wish to resume your monthly recurring donations to Sandals Foundation Program, you may do so at any time. All you would need to do is to access the Web Form link provided in your previous confirmation email, update your information and your monthly recurring donations will resume.


  • In the event the monthly donation cannot be processed due to your credit/debit card has been declined, or has expired or any other issue with the payment being processed, we will notify you through an email where you will be able to access the Web Form through a link in order to update your donation information. Your monthly recurring donation will pause until you update your donation information on the online Web Form and resume the program

These monthly recurring donation payment terms and conditions will only apply to successive donations made through the website where you have set up a regular monthly donation. When you set up a regular donation you will be scheduling a series of donations to be made on the day of the month that you choose until you Unsubscribe.

We reserve the right to amend these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions at any time so we encourage you to review them again on a regular basis to stay up to date. Changes will take effect when posted on this website.

The fastest means of unsubscribing from the recurring monthly donations program is through the Unsubscribe Link provided in your monthly confirmation email.
